In the wide Kazakh steppe, under a deep blue sky, a little girl named Aisulu lives with her family in a yurt near the river. She loves to watch the clouds drift over the mountains and listen to the soft whisper of the wind. One morning, while walking near the river, Aisulu finds a small injured falcon lying in the grass. She gently picks it up, takes it home, and places it near the warm fire. Her grandmother gives her healing herbs and says, “Every bird carries the song of the sky, my dear.” Aisulu spends many days caring for the falcon — feeding it, wrapping it in soft cloth, and singing Kazakh lullabies. Slowly, the bird grows stronger. The yurt fills with warmth, the smell of tea, and the gentle sound of the dombra played by her father in the evenings. Outside, horses run freely, and the golden sunset paints the mountains in shades of pink and orange. One morning, the falcon spreads its wings again. Aisulu opens the door of the yurt and smiles as the bird flies high into the glowing sky. She watches with tears of joy, feeling that a piece of her heart is flying with it.
