Nothing open, but keep reading.

We are not hiring right now, and we would rather say that than list roles nobody can be hired into. If you build the kind of thing we build, write to us anyway and we will keep it on file for when that changes.

What it is actually like here

The team is small

Small enough that you would know everyone by the end of your first week. There is no layer between you and the decision, and no headcount to impress anyone with.

You ship to production

The site, the app and the API are one repository. Work that lands is live for real users the same day, and you watch the numbers it moves.

We work remote

There is no office to come into. That is not a policy we are proud of, it is just the shape of the company.

We say things plainly

No stretched titles, no manufactured urgency, no numbers without a source. Expect the same directness in an interview, in both directions.

Before you write

We hire rarely, and when we do it is because something specific is not getting built. That means the bar is less about a track record than about whether you would enjoy the particular problem in front of us. The about page lays out what we are working on next, which is the honest preview of the job.

The most useful thing you can send is something you built. A link beats a résumé, and one paragraph on why it was hard beats both. [email protected] reaches us directly.
