Create an AI influencer that talks

An AI influencer is three things held constant: a face, a voice and a format. On Percify you design the face with any of 120+ models or start from one photo, give it one of 52 preset voices or a cloned one, make it talk from a script, and perform short formats that already work. The hard part is not generating the character once. It is keeping it the same person in every video, and that comes from one canonical description reused word for word.

What makes a virtual influencer work

Audiences follow a character, not a render. Three things must never drift: the face, the voice and the format, meaning the length, the framing and the way every video opens. Followers notice a changed jawline or a new voice long before they notice better lighting.

Designing the face

Generate a batch of takes, compare them side by side, and refine the winner with follow up prompts, or start from one photo and restyle it. Stylised characters work as well as photoreal ones; the anime avatar maker is a good place to start one.

Then write the character sheet once: age, face shape, hair, eyes and a signature outfit. Reuse that description almost word for word in every prompt the character appears in. Improvising a fresh description per video is what makes AI characters quietly turn into someone else. A custom avatar costs 5 credits, and generating from it afterwards costs 2.

Giving it a voice

Pick one of 52 preset voices and never swap it, or clone a voice you have the right to use, such as a voice actor who agreed to it. A clone needs at least 5.6 seconds of clean speech. A voice change reads as a new person, so treat the voice as part of the face.

The format: short, and borrowed from what works

The median clip people keep on Percify is 19 seconds, and two thirds run under 30. Rather than inventing formats, perform ones that already earn attention: remake a viral video rebuilds a short's structure with your character, generated fresh, with no original footage reused.

Working with brands, honestly

Brands like virtual influencers for control and consistency, and they also inherit the character's disclosure. Label the account as AI, follow each platform's rules for AI content and paid partnerships, and never let the character pose as a real person. The checklist is in ethical AI video generation.

Proof still matters most. A generated face reading a real number from a real customer is a different object from a generated face making a claim.

Build a virtual influencer in four steps

  1. 1

    Write the character sheet

Age, face, hair, eyes, outfit and tone. This text is reused in every prompt.

  2. 2

    Generate and pick the face

Compare takes side by side, then save the winner as the avatar every video starts from.

  3. 3

    Fix the voice

One preset or one licensed clone, chosen once and never changed.

  4. 4

    Post short formats

About twenty seconds each, built on structures that already work.

Characters that talk

One image each, given a voice. Photoreal or stylised, the character stays itself.

Frequently asked questions

How do I create an AI influencer?

Write a character sheet, generate the face and save it as an avatar, choose one voice, then make the character talk from short scripts. On Percify a custom avatar costs 5 credits and a voice clone 5.

How do I keep an AI influencer consistent?

Start every video from the same avatar image, reuse one canonical description word for word in every prompt, keep one voice, and keep one format. Most drift comes from rewriting the description each time.

Can an AI influencer talk in videos?

Yes. One image and a script become a lip synced video. On Percify the median render takes 168 seconds.

Do I have to disclose that an influencer is AI?

You should, and rules are moving that way: the EU AI Act points toward disclosure for synthetic likenesses, and platforms have their own AI content labels. Decide your position once, before a brand or a follower asks.

What does an AI influencer cost to run?

On Percify a custom avatar is 5 credits, a voice clone 5, and a 480p talking clip averages 69 credits. The free plan has 10 credits and needs no card.
