The models under most of these tools are public. InfiniteTalk ↗ released weights and code under Apache 2.0 on 19 August 2025, LatentSync is Apache 2.0, and OpenVoice ↗ and Chatterbox are MIT, which OpenVoice's authors describe as free for commercial use. The cost moves to your own GPU and your own time. One trap: the open version of Wav2Lip is non commercial, so check the licence and not just the repository. What none of these four do is edit the footage you already filmed. That is an editor: Descript's Hobbyist plan was $16 billed yearly, or $24 monthly, with custom voice clones.
